The West End Action Group have been allocated space on the West End Village Society stand at the village Summer Fete, which is being held on the recreation ground on Saturday, 7th June 2014. We will be recruiting for more members and volunteers, so we hope to see you there.
If you have any photographs of West End pre-, during and post development over the past few years, or any tales of how you were affected by the developments (positively or negatively), we’d love to include some of that sort of information on our stand, so please e-mail them to us at our firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address.
We hope to set up a meeting for members shortly after the fete, to kick off the campaign and discuss the currently known development issues. Further information on date, time and location will follow.
30th May 2014 is the final day for advising Surrey Heath Borough Council if you wish to either:
A. advise a new or changed site for allocation (use Form A), or
B. advise that you wish to withdraw a site which is currently shown as available for allocation (use Form B).
If all or part of your land is shown as forming either a part or whole site on the 2013 SHLAA document maps and you are not still putting it forward for allocation, you should complete and return Form B, to ensure that it will not be considered for potential allocation from 2014 onwards.
Check the maps in the 2103 documents which can be located here:
and if your land is shown and you wish to advise a change, download, complete, sign, scan and e-mail the applicable Form A or Form B document(s) that can be located here:
The completed forms, with any supporting information should be returned by email to email@example.com by 30 May 2014 at the latest. Alternatively, copies of the form and accompanying information (suggest a map showing the boundaries) can be hand delivered to: Planning Policy, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Knoll Road, Camberley GU15 3HD.
